TITANIUM DIOXIDE FOR INK

In ink production,different types of ink products have different specific quality requirements for titanium dioxide,but because rutile titanium dioxide has better hiding power than anatase titanium dioxide,rutile titanium dioxide is generally used in ink production.

The performance requirements of titanium dioxide for ink:

①strong achromatic power and hiding power;

②whiteness;

③good heat resistance;

④strong refractive index; 

⑤good weather resistance; 

⑥low oil absorption; 

⑦good demulsibility and hydrophobicity.
