Ester Alcohol C12 is colorless transparent liquid, insoluble, highly efficiency coalescing agent for water-based paints.
Properties:
(1) The hydrolysis stability of alcohol ester 12 film forming agent is very good, can be used with all kinds of emulsion including emulsion with high PH.
(2) When alcohol ester 12 film forming agent is added to latex paint, it is absorbed on emulsion particles, softening particles and causing better fusion when painting. It will not be sucked into the permeable matrix, but can effectively coalesce emulsion particles.
(3) Alcohol ester 12 film forming agent has a very low freezing point and does not need special treatment in winter.
(4) Alcohol ester 12 film forming agent is easy to be mixed into the emulsion, and does not affect the stability of the coating at a higher content.
(5) Alcohol ester 12 film forming agent is a strong solvent of emulsion polymer.

Applications: Alcohol Ester C12 is highly efficiency coalescing agent for water-base paints, also can be used as gold, coal flotation agent, but also can be used as plasticizer.
